Agrace provides care for patients with a wide range of life-limiting conditions including but not limited to heart, liver, lung or kidney disease; Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s; stroke; ALS; AIDS or cancer. Agrace will work with you to develop a treatment plan for your physical and emotional pain and symptoms. If your physician has predicted a life expectancy of six months or less, you are eligible to receive hospice services.
The mission of Canopy Center is the prevention of child abuse and neglect, to help strengthen families, and to promote healing for those who have been affected by abuse. Our services include the Oasis Program, which provides child sexual abuse treatment, CASA (court appointed special advocates), and the Parent to Child Program.
